HNU CSEE: HOW YOUNG TEACHERS HELPED SHAPE THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL WORLD/ 我院召开青年教职工座谈会

In order to implement the < Hunan University Further Strengthen And Improve Young Teachers Ideological And Political Work In a Number Of Opinions >, and to understand our college youth educational workers' ideological status and solve young faculty practical difficulties, we held a meeting brainstormed for the construction and the development of HNU College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering. On January 14th the 2016 our young faculty members forum meeting was held in CSEE building conference room 107. This symposium was hosted by our college party committee secretary YANG Zhongwang. College leader the vice dean LIAO Bo, the young outstanding teacher and professor XIE Kun, the associate professor XU Ying, and more than 30 other young teacher representatives from our college participated in the forum.

为贯彻落实《湖南大学进一步加强和改进青年教职工思想政治工作的若干意见》的要求，了解我院青年教职工思想状况，解决青年教职工实际困难，为学院建设发展集思广益。我院于2016年1月14日，在院楼107会议室召开了信息科学与工程学院2016年青年教职工座谈会。座谈会由院党委杨忠旺书记主持，院领导廖波副院长、优秀青年教师谢鲲教授、许莹副教授及全院30余名青年教师代表参加了座谈会。

The party committee secretary Mr. YANG Zhongwang stressed that it is an important form to held youth staff forum of listening to young voices of co-workers and solving their practical difficulties at work. Secretary YANG pointed out that young people have active thinking modes. Discussions among young faculty can put forward more rich constructive comments and suggestions. Those creative and constructive ideas will ultimately work for the construction and development of HNU CSEE. The vice dean LIAO Bo also encouraged youth staff to participate talks actively and express their ideas.

杨忠旺书记强调召开青年教职工座谈会是学院倾听青年教职工心声，解决实际困难的重要形式。杨忠旺书记青年人思维活跃，通过座谈会可以为学院的建设发展提出更多富有建设性的意见和建议。廖波院长鼓励与会青年教职工能够畅所欲言，积极表达自己的想法。

At the forum, more than 30 young teachers actively discussed and communicated  on the teaching, scientific research, life events and difficulties, and the construction and development of our college. Professor XIE Kun and associate professor XU Ying shared their experiences as outstanding young teachers representatives. They also presented and shared their further study education, course teaching, scientific research, project application, postgraduate training, job title promotion and other aspects of their experience.  

座谈会上，30余位青年教师围绕教学、科研、生活中的收获和困难，学院的建设和发展积极发言，共同探讨交流。谢鲲教授、许莹教授作为优秀青年教师代表，与在座各位老师分享了学习深造、课程教学、科学研究、项目申报、研究生培养、职称晋升等方面经验。

In the end, Secretary YANG encouraged participating youth staff to work based on the job, and to win greater achievements through practical work. At the same time, Secretary YANG required the Union, the Youth League Committee, the Teaching Services and other supporting departments to provide better services for young teachers.

最后，杨忠旺书记勉励与会青年教职工要立足工作岗位，靠踏实的工作取得更大的成绩。同时，杨忠旺书记要求工会、团委、教学服务等部门能够为青年教师提供更好的服务。
