This year, Hunan University reached a pivotal moment in its CCF CSP certification history in that it has now become established as consistently ranking among the top programs nationally. CSEE-HNU is now a certification partner with thousands in sourcing talented candidates. Its currently reported number of test takers in the 300+ category being 14 people. That impressive figure pushed Hunan University past Tsinghua University this year in the 300+ category.
The sixth CCF CSP software capability certification recognition event was held on December 20, 2015 in 53 universities from 31 cities across the country. More than 150 colleges and universities and more than 6400 people participated in the certification test. 308 people attended the certification test at the Certification Test Center of Hunan University.

Algorithm Design and Programming are the basic and important capabilities computer science students should develop to use as professionals. It is crucial to have these capabilities to be successful, and to continue progress through continuing education to remain competitive in the job market. Therefore, CCF joined with Tsinghua University and 13 other well-known universities as well as 9 successful IT companies, including Huawei, to launch the CCF computer software certification test, also known as the CSP (Certified Software Professional) standard. A total of 53 colleges and universities joined in the establishment of certification testing centers. The candidates for certification are mainly computer science professionals and college students, including those currently involved or prospectively planning involvement in professional technical roles, including IT industry Inspectors and technical management personnel. The focus of this test is to examine software developers capacity for practical programming. The exam was established by the CCF, and is evaluated by them. It was commissioned by well-known universities around the country in order to establish a certification program forming the evaluation standard of the computer software industry. It functions screen and qualify software development personnel for universities and enterprises.

The fifth and sixth CCF CSP certification results showing outcomes based on number of test takers scoring more than 300 and more than 400 points are attached. The design of CSP certification test sets 300 points as the standard for well qualified programmers, and 400 points as the standard for exceptionally well qualified programmers.
根据第五、六次CCF CSP认证的成绩（总分500分），CCF对各高校参加认证人员成绩在300分和400分以上（含）的人数进行了统计（统计结果附后）。按照CSP认证难度的设计，300分是合格程序员的标准线，400分是优秀程序员的标准线。
Hunan University participated successfully in testing in the fourth, fifth and sixth of CCF CSP certification tests, with a total of 1155 test takers. In the three certification tests, Hunan University students made a strong showing. Hunan University will continue to support the efforts of students who will participate in upcoming certification tests to improve upon these achievements.
