随着人工智能、自主系统与边缘智能技术的发展,高维动态系统控制面临计算复杂度高、实时性强和能效受限等挑战。传统数字计算架构受存储与计算分离限制,难以兼顾低延迟与低功耗需求。基于忆阻器的模拟计算电路可在模拟域内直接实现高效计算,具有快速求解和免数据搬运等优势,但仍面临通用设计不足、系统应用待深化及非理想因素影响等问题。围绕上述问题,本文面向高维动态系统控制中的关键计算需求,开展基于新型模拟计算电路的系统性研究,主要创新成果如下:
(1)提出了面向高维矩阵计算的模拟电路设计方法,建立了从数学定义、物理方程到电路架构的系统化映射路径。该方法不仅支持基础矩阵算子实现,还可结合神经动力学机制拓展至复杂非线性矩阵计算,其为高维控制任务中的大规模矩阵计算提供了可扩展、高能效的硬件设计。
(2)提出了面向状态估计、反馈控制和预测优化的模拟计算控制架构。围绕Kalman滤波、线性二次型控制器和模型预测控制(MPC)等典型算法,分别构建了全流程模拟域执行电路,实现了电池状态估计、车辆悬架控制和自动驾驶轨迹跟踪等应用验证。评估结果表明,所设计电路在非理想因素影响下仍保持较高的计算精度,并在延迟和能效方面显著优于传统数字计算方法。
(3)提出了面向复杂扰动环境的强化学习与MPC融合的模拟计算协同框架。该框架将策略修正能力与约束优化能力统一于闭环控制过程,并通过双神经网络协同映射实现策略推理网络与MPC求解器的全模拟电路部署。实验结果表明,该方法能够提升系统在突发扰动下的恢复能力,并实现微秒级的控制周期,为资源受限条件下高维动态系统的实时闭环控制提供了新的实现途径。
