Wi-Fi感知技术常依赖信道状态信息,但获取信道状态信息需要特殊软件,适用性有限;其次,实际应用中,网络流量常表现为间歇性和稀疏性,影响感知结果;最后,Wi-Fi系统存在隐私风险,窃听者可以通过捕获信道状态信息推测用户行为。为解决这些问题,本文研究了商用Wi-Fi设备上的安全感知技术:
(1) 为解决Wi-Fi感知系统普适性不足的问题,本文提出了一种基于Wi-Fi波束成形信息的感知方案。新设计的基于波束成形信息的系统因在商用设备中的广泛支持及易获取性,提升了感知能力,验证了波束成形信息能实现感知。
(2) 针对Wi-Fi 波束成形信息明文传输特性,本文提出了一种基于波束成形信息的智能手机按键窃听系统。通过对抗性学习提取与单个击键高度相关的特征。该模型通过跨域训练,能够在有限数据下,将按键推理推广到未知场景,展示了在实际隐私攻击中的潜在威胁。
(3) 针对Wi-Fi流量间歇性和稀疏性特征,本文提出了一种稀疏恢复算法,用于恢复稀疏的波束成形信息时间序列。由于Wi-Fi的竞争性多重访问机制和网络拥塞,流量通常表现为低而不规则的帧到达率,导致BFI信息的丢失,显著影响Wi-Fi感知系统的性能。为此,本文设计了一种稀疏恢复算法,通过插值和重构稀疏的BFI时间序列,恢复感知过程中丢失的信息样本。
(4) 针对Wi-Fi感知系统的安全隐患,本文提出了一种创新的隐私保护方案,旨在在不影响合法用户感知能力的前提下,有效抵御隐蔽感知攻击。同时,设计了一个高效安全的多目标优化框架,确保解密密钥安全传递给合法用户,并防止非法窃听者的侵入,从而提升感知信息传递安全性,保障用户隐私。
