学生培养
课题组秉承“授人以鱼不如授之以渔”思想,鼓励研究生学会主动发现问题并设法解决问题,力求培养有真能力而非假知识、在未来工作岗位上有长足的发展力的专业人才。给学生提供良好的科研环境和条件,以及宽松自由的学术氛围。针对每个学生的基础和爱好,因材施教,提供相应的科研项目和科研训练的机会。
对于每个学生,我们会引导学生一步步的去解决问题,而不是直接告诉学生该怎么去做。因此,课题组的学生进入课题研究状态都比较快,也能较快速的出成绩。目前为止,虽然我们没有对学生做过任何硬性要求,但课题组毕业的学术硕士每人至少都发表了一篇SCI论文,部分专业硕士也发表了一篇SCI论文。课题组学术氛围浓厚,同学之间关系融洽,且形成了互帮互助、前后传承的良好风气。对于有目标出国深造的同学,全力支持、帮助和联系国外知名导师。
课题组几乎每年都有硕士毕业生获得国家奖学金、湖南省优秀硕士学位论文、湖南大学优秀研究生、湖南大学优秀研究生干部等奖项。目前课题组毕业的学生工作单位分布在高校(研究所)、腾讯、国家电网、华为、中兴、移动、联通、银行以及国有企业。
