肖光意,智能计算系主任、副教授、博士生导师,同时还是CCF、IEEE、ACM会员,长期从事人工智能领域的研究工作。他的主要研究方向包括自然语言处理、图像识别和迁移学习。截至目前,他已发表了30余篇高水平的学术论文,其中包括TII、ACMMM、TKDE、JPDC、JIII、TAES、TITS、TOMM等知名学术期刊或会议,同时承担了多项科研课题,包括国家青年基金、湖南省重点研发计划和湖南省自科等。此外,主持了10余项大型图像集视频AI分析项目,并将研究成果应用于中联环境、中电建集团等大型央企。作为高水平期刊和会议TII、TITS、AAAI的审稿人,积极促进了人工智能领域的学术交流和进步。

2006年获得湖南大学计算机学士学位,分别于2009年,2015年获得澳门大学硕士,博士学位。
