新能源汽车是指采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源(或使用常规的车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置),综合车辆的动力控制和驱动方面的先进技术,形成的技术原理先进、具有新技术、新结构的汽车。新能源汽车的电动化、电子化架构使其更容易实现智能化控制和网联化通信。发展新能源汽车、开发高效节能发动机、设计优秀的整车能量优化控制算法等是实现汽车节能的重要手段。研究过程主要取得了以下研究成果:
(1) 建立了以进气歧管压力、进气歧管温度、进排气相为输入的进气量计算模型,构造了基于线性自抗扰的掺氢空燃比控制算法,实现加速瞬态工况下空燃比的精确控制。
(2) 提出了基于DDPG强化学习的汽油发动机掺氢空燃比控制算法,使得发动机瞬态工况下发动机空燃比的更精准控制。
(3) 设计了基于TD3强化学习算法的永磁同步电机转速双闭环控制。实验结果表明了所提方法具有较强的鲁棒性。
(4) 提出了引入训练过程保护机制的TD3强化学习算法的纯电车辆的能耗优化控制方法,实现纯电车辆能耗优化控制
(5) 提出了一种基于Q-Learning强化学习算法的自适应等效燃油消耗最小策略(RL-ECMS)。实现等效因子的自适应更新与车辆扭矩的动态分配,最小化混合动力车辆等效燃油消耗。
