卢新国, 博士, 助理教授, 2002年湖南大学数学与计量经济学院计算机软件专业毕业, 获湖南大学工学学士学位, 进入湖南大学信息科学与工程学院(原计算机与通信学院)学习, 2004年直接攻读博士学位, 2007年获湖南大学计算机应用技术工学博士学位, 并留校任教于湖南大学信息科学与工程学院. 2009年进入国防科技大学博士后科研流动站, 从事生物信息处理、脑科学与脑认知、模式识别等研究工作. 作为项目主要完成人, 主持国家自然科学青年基金1项, 教育部博士点基金1项, 国家博士后基金1项, 参与国家自然科学基金项目3项. 近年来在PAKDD、ICAISC等重要国内外人工智能会议和《软件学报》、《电子学报》等重要刊物、《MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry》SCI杂志上发表相关论文24篇, 其中SCI检索12篇, EI检索8篇, ISTP检索5篇.
