王树林
博士后,教授,博导。本科毕业后参军入伍在中国核武器试验基地工作,从事核武器试验的安全保障技术研究与核试验数据处理工作,全程参加了代号为2187的氢弹地下核武器试验任务,获得部委级科研进步奖5项。2000年转业到湖南大学从事科研与教学工作,主要讲授软件工程、高级软件工程、分布式数据库原理、计算机组成原理、计算理论、高级程序设计、ACM国际大学生程序设计、生物计算和生物信息学基础等十余门课程。近年来,在国内外有影响的学术刊物上发表五十余篇科研论文。研究兴趣:生物信息学、软件工程和人工智能。Email:jt_slwang@hotmail.com

受教育经历:

19859月至19897月在中国地质大学计算机科学系计算机应用专业学习,获学士学位。19949月至19976月在国防科技大学计算机系计算机应用专业学习,获工学硕士学位。20033月至200712月在国防科技大学计算机学院学习,师从陈火旺院士和王戟教授,获博士学位。

工作经历:19898月至200010月在位于新疆马兰的中国核武器试验基地工作,从事核试验安全保障技术研究与核武器试验数据计算机处理工作。

200010月至今在湖南大学计算机与通信学院从事科研与教学工作。

20084月至20108月在中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院博士后流动站工作。

20125月至20135月获美国资助, 在美国Kansas大学应用生物信息学实验室做博士后研究。

科研项目:主持国家自然科学基金一项: 基于启发式信息的肿瘤基因表达谱降维与分析方法研究(60973153)。主持中国博士后基金一项 (20090450825)。作为第二申请人参加国家自然科学基金一项: 基于隐马尔科夫模型的癌症关联基因调控通道建模研究(30900321)
